According to the Easty Bay Time, Marvel's Black Panther is taking T'Challa to school.

"They've learned that Marvel Studios asked for permission to use an AC Transit bus logo from the '90s for their upcoming movie. On Wednesday, according to agency spokesman Robert Lyles, the transit agency's governing board approved Marvel's request.

"In one scene, the film's protagonist has a flashback to 1990, while he was a student at Saint Mary's College High School in Berkeley," Easty Bay Time reports. "And of course, he's a daily AC Transit commuter. Cue the 1990s-era bus for the appropriate establishing shot."

Since filming is currently taking place in Atlanta, Georgia and AC Transit is based in Oakland, "the film crew plans to rent a vintage bus specific to the era and paint it with AC Transit's logo" instead of towing an authenthic one across the country.

Furthermore, the bus won't explode — even if it goes below 50 miles-an-hour.
