WWE: 5 Feuds for a Debuting Ronda Rousey
Ronda Rousey has yet to make a decision about her fighting future, though if you ask Dana White, [...]
Emmalina
One of these days Emmalina will debut on Monday Night RAW. At least, that was the plan last time anyone checked.
She seems destined to be a heel, which plays to Emma's strengths. If that were the case, why not pair her with an incoming Rousey for perfect contrast. Emmalina is the heel all consumed with her looks and how she is viewed on camera, while Rousey comes in as the former legend looking to ascend to the top of WWE with determination and hard work.
Emma's also experienced enough to carry Rousey as she learns how to operate between the ropes.
prevnextNia Jax
If you're looking for a storyline of unstoppable force meets immovable object, then Nia Jax would be a perfect candidate.
Rousey would be coming in as a babyface again, with Nia certainly able to carry Rousey as she gets more comfortable in the ring. Rousey was always a celebrated grappler, so her strengths would gel well with Nia. Rousey is quite powerful despite being much smaller than Jax, and the scrappy fighter angle would make for some interesting ring work from the two.
If anyone is going to give Jax an actual fight, it would be quite believable for it to be Rousey.
prevnextNaomi
There are few people in the WWE who are more athletic in the ring than Naomi, and her technique and skill between the ropes has grown immensely over the last year or so. Pairing her with Ronda Rousey would certainly be a way to take advantage of her skill set.
Why you ask? Because Rousey is the polar opposite of Naomi. She's controlled chaos, a battering ram that Naomi would have to do her best not to get in the way of. Her agility and athleticism would be put in the spotlight of this feud, and Rousey could certainly handle some bigger spots to make their matches memorable.
prevnextBecky Lynch
In many ways, Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey are mirror images of each other. They're fierce and aggressive in their offense, and despite their smaller statures are some of the most powerful women in their respective sports.
Having an incoming heel Rousey gun for Becky Lynch to prove herself would be immensely entertaining in the ring, mostly because Lynch has proven she can adapt to her opponents strengths. Whether it is versus Charlotte, Sasha Banks, or Alexa Bliss, Lynch knows how to get the best out of her matches, and could do wonders for building the reputation of Rousey.
prevnextCharlotte
If Rousey is coming in as a babyface, there is no one more suited to the task than Charlotte.
Charlotte has proven she's not only one of the best heels currently, but she's quickly making an argument to be including in the best heels ever. Her tall stature could be used to keep Rousey at bay in the ring, and you know the taunts she would throw Rousey's way because of that would be worth the price of admission alone.
Charlotte has also proven she can adapt to her opponent, and if she needs to she is able to carry the match if things go awry.
If Rousey does make her way to the WWE, who would you like to see her feud with?
