We learned in tonight's episode that King Ezekiel continues to check in on Carol, now that she's living out on her own. She might not want his attention, but she surely has it.
Fans of the comics saw this storyline unfold between Ezekiel and Michonne in the books, and the show contained some spot-on scenes from that story. The only thing is, they used Carol instead of Michonne.
This has many wondering if Carol and Ezekiel are getting together, even though she's playing hard to get.
Could it be happening?
Honestly, it looks like that story has been set up, but it probably hasn't happened quite yet. Carol wants nothing to do with anyone at the moment, even though Ezekiel could be wearing her down with charm and pomegranate.
Now that Daryl is at the Kingdom, Carol will likely develop a relationship with one of the two characters. The whole situation smells like an emotional love triangle just waiting to happen.
