As Marvel's Iron Fist gears up for its debut, the social media accounts for the show are abuzz pushing out more content as the days progress. In the motion poster, it shows a stationary Meachum (Jessica Stroup) in front of a background that includes her Rand Corporation key card.

It also rotates between a few roles she serves in: chief counsel, daughter, childhood friend, and sister.

The biggest piece of information revealed there is that Joy will serve as the chief counsel for Rand Corporation. This is an interesting change from the comic books as Jeryn Hogarth was served as Danny Rand's right hand man and legal counsel. In the Marvel Cinematic, we've already been introduced to a version of Hogarth as actress Carrie-Ann Moss plays a female version of the character that appeared in Jessica Jones and the second season of Daredevil.

While the show appears to be staying true to its comic book roots by keeping Harold Meachum (David Wenham) an antagonist, it's unclear the direction they're taking Ward (Tom Palphrey) and Joy Meachum. Although Ward was Harold's brother and Joy's uncle in the comics, Ward and Joy will be siblings in this particular show.
