The Internet is currently imploding, as the brand new trailer teaser for Justice League just aired during The Today Show this morning. The new footage began with the Aquaman logo, and featured footage of the Atlantean King throughout.
As the teaser ended, it was revealed that the full trailer for the film would debut on Saturday. Although, there was no indication as to what time.
According to some rumors, which have been swirling around since last week, this isn't the only trailer teaser DC will be releasing before Saturday. There will supposedly be five of these teasers in all.
Each one of the Justice League members - Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Flash, Cyborg - could be getting their own character-centric teaser. Superman is the obvious omission here, but he's still deceased in the DCEU. It is assumed that the character will be resurrected during the new film, but that hasn't exactly happened yet.
Keep a close eye on ComicBook.com over the next two days, as these other teasers could appear online at any moment. To watch the Aquaman teaser, head over here.
In Justice League, fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman's selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Justice League is directed by Zack Snyder, from a screenplay by Chris Terrio, and features an ensemble cast that includes Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Ciarán Hinds, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Jeremy Irons and Jesse Eisenberg.
Justice League hits theaters on November 17, 2017, while The Batman lands sometime in 2018.
