SNL Korea Is Bringing Tons Of Anime Titles To Life
If you have been letdown by live-action anime, then you are not the only one. Over the years, [...]
Card Captor Sakura
Can you tell the difference between Kwon and Sakura? It's hard to tell. The comedian does his best to comedically cosplay as the magical girl during this recreation of the anime's opening. Fans are shown the man dressed in Sakura's various outfits from school uniforms to her battle attire. And, yes - he is seen singing into the heroine's sealing wand.

It's no secret that Inuyasha is a bit dramatic, but this skit from SNL Korea takes the hybrid demon's antics to a new level. Fans can watch as some actors don shoddy cosplays to bring Inuyasha and his elder brother Sesshōmaru to life. Oh, and there is a cross-dressing Kagome. That is also a thing.

If you ever wanted to know what the Sailor Scouts would look if they were comprised of K-Pop stars, then here is your answer. In this skit, the regular SNL host brings his cross-dressing charm to Usagi when he dons Sailor Moon's blond wig. The rest of his celestial crew is brought to life by impossibly pretty actresses and idols. So, of course, it makes sense that there is a dance number at the skit's end.

If you haven't heard of Wedding Peach in awhile, then let this skit from SNL take you back to a better place. The infamous shojo series may be more preoccupied with teenage romance, Love Angels, and saving the world from lustful demons. But, in South Korea, the series has been given a live-action take which highlights its (apparently campy) transformation sequences.

Full Moon o Sagashite is a diverse shojo series which balances its cutesy romance with a heavy-handed dose of death. The series may follow a terminally ill girl as she makes a deal with the God of Death to become a singer before her death. However, this skit from SNL manages to make everything a bit more cheery than Full Moon o Sagashite really is. Seriously, just look at those dance moves!
