We're just a couple of days away from the first gameplay reveal for Destiny 2, but while we wait, we've discovered that Bungie and Activision have worked out a few agreements with promotional partners for items surrounding the game – and it's a pretty big list.

First off, we've already shown you the Destiny Funko toys that will be coming out this August, including familiar favorites like Cayde-6 and Xur. But that's just the beginning, as the company has other partners on board.

Razer, a company known for its savvy computer hardware and accessories, will be making a number of items based around Destiny, including the Razer Ornata Chroma Keyboard, the Razer Man O' War Tournament Edition headset, the Razer DeathAdder Elite mouse and the Razer Goliathus Speed mouse mat. Special Destiny versions of all of these accessories should be available this fall.

In addition, other partnerships include the apparel company at BioWorld, the precision thumbstick maker KontrolFreek, Insight Editions (known for its art books, journals and poster books), Mattel (for construction sets), McFarlane Toys (for a number of collectible figures and other sets), ThinkGeek (various accessories and shirts), ThreeA (more collectible figures) and RockLove (jewelry).

A number of these brands will be making appearance during Thursday's live gameplay broadcast, which takes place at 10 AM PDT. We'll have all the details from the event, as well as details as to what kind of items we can expect around launch.

"Destiny 2's merchandising program continues to grow and evolve the franchise's legacy while offering consumers new, exciting extensions to the universe beyond console and PC in key categories, including Apparel, Electronics and Accessories," the company noted in its press release.

There's a lot of opportunity being invested in Destiny 2, especially with its forthcoming arrival on PC, which will open up the franchise to a large number of players, alongside those that love the game on console. There's no doubt it could be one of the year's bigger hits, and soon, we'll get an idea of just what it's all about.

Destiny 2 releases on September 8th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
