The CW has released a new poster for Freedom Fighters: The Ray, the latest animated series to join the network's Arrowverse of shows.

The poster shows the series' title character, Ray Terrill/The Ray (Quantico's Russell Tovey) flying against a red-colored sky, joined by a wide array of heroes. You can check it out below.

The most surprising takeaway from the poster is the appearance of The Flash's Cisco Ramon/Vibe (Carlos Valdes), who had not been seen in Freedom Fighters' first trailer. Given Vibe's earth-hopping powers, he's certainly a good fit for the alternate universe team, although its unknown exactly how he factors into the show's first season.

Also joining the roster are Red Tornado (previously seen in Supergirl's first season), Phantom Lady, Black Condor, and what looks to be a version of Dollman.

Freedom Fighters will see the titular heroes leading the resistance on Earth-X, an alternate universe where the Nazis won World War II. Fighting against the Freedom Fighters will be several evil versions of the Arrowverse's heroes, including Overgirl (Supergirl's Melissa Benoist), and evil versions of The Flash (Grant Gustin) and Green Arrow (Stephen Amell).

Before Freedom Fighters debuts, Arrowverse viewers will be introduced to The Ray in this year's crossover, 'Crisis On Earth-X'. The two-night event will see the Earth-X characters crash the wedding of The Flash and Iris West, and hopefully answer quite a few questions along the way.
