The Nintendo Switch Version Of Resident Evil Revelations Has Some Cool Retro Mini-Games
Resident Evil Revelations Collection will be creeping its way to Nintendo Switch next month, and [...]
Ghost Ship Panic
First up is a quirky little shooting title called Ghost Ship Panic, in which you guide a crosshair across the screen, shooting at any zombies and dogs that come scrolling down it. Your job is to shoot them before they get to the bottom of the screen. At first, it seems pretty easy, with only one or two deadites trickling down at a time. But then the screen loads up with these monsters and you'll soon have your hands full.
This game will actually earn you BP and other bonuses in Revelations' Raid modes, so it helps to become a marksman effort. Plus, we can't help but cringe when we hear a zombie dog whine after we shoot it. You can see what we're talking about in the trailer above.

The second mini-game offered in Resident Evil Revelations Collection is far more recognizable – it's Ghouls n' Homunculi (that's a mouthful), a spin-off of the classic Ghosts 'n Goblins. Instead of Arthur, though, you play Barry, as he fights he way through monstrous hordes while attempting to avoid being hit. It's not as easy as it sounds, because, you know, this is Ghosts n' Goblins.
The game features various weapons to pick up over the course of your adventure, and, like Ghost Ship Panic, offers up some bonuses for Raid mode, as you can see in the corner of the screen.
And, yes, if Barry gets hit, he runs around in his underwear. Because Ghosts 'n Goblins, really.
