When it comes to box office tracking, DC Films fans are always willing to go the extra mile. The DC Extended Universe may not have the best critical reception, but the franchise has always raked in money at the box office. So, it is not surprising that one source is claiming Justice League will continue that blockbusting tradition.

Over on Twitter, The Wrap's Umberto Gonzalez stirred up DC fans with his latest update about Justice League. The writer cautioned fans to take his scoop with a grain of salt, but Gonzalez said he'd heard good things about Justice League's box office forecast.

"Take with a grain of salt till official tracking drops next week. Bros I know who cover WB tell me early tracking on Justice League is good!" the reporter shared.

When it comes to box office tracking, the number's game can be hard to predict correctly. DC Films has had juicy tracking records in the past, but fans have worried that the backlash against films like Suicide Squad may taper Justice League's box office haul. However, Wonder Woman and its positive reception may balance out any blowback and perhaps even boost Justice League's earnings.

When Wonder Woman was tracking at the box office, reports said the film would open to $80 million. However, the film blew away those early estimates when Wonder Woman received glowing reviews from critics. The movie opened to over $100 million in its opening weekend and has gone on to earn more than $800 million total.

As for Justice League, fans are not sure where their predictions for the film lie, but many don't expect the film to track over $130 million at first. The number will fluctuate once early reviews of the film go public closer to the film's November premiere, but DC Films should not be too concerned over how much cash the film rakes in. If DC die-hards have anything to say about the box office, then Justice League will make more than enough money to keep Warner Bros. satisfied.
