Deadpool made quite a splash today thanks to his Good Housekeeping debut, and the character's creator teases even more surprises to come.

Rob Liefeld created the merc with a mouth, and couldn't be happier about the character's interpretation on the big screen. He spoke to ComicBook.com about Deadpool's hilarious feature in the magazine and wants fans to know that is only the beginning.

"The Game is afoot!" Liefeld said. "Oh man, this could not be more exciting for the fans as well as for all the great talent bringing Deadpool 2 to life! Deadpool! Cable! Domino! Colossus! Fans, brace yourself, you have no idea all the awesome that is coming your way! The best news is that June 1 is closer today than it was yesterday!!"

Deadpool also introduced a few new recipes for fans to try, though they do have some...side effects. "And these recipes that Deadpool gave to Good Housekeeping are to die for! I️ mean, literally," Liefeld said. "They'll slay you and your family! Happy hunting!!"

The question then becomes, are the D's Spiced Nuts worth dying for? Probably so, just make sure you're will is intact.

Joining Deadpool onscreen is Zazie Beetz, who plays the lucky assassin Domino. Liefeld can't wait for fans to see the two in action and thinks she is the perfect choice.

"Domino is all about, as an actress and as the character that is going to be on the screen you already allude to it, it's all about the sass," Liefeld said. "You gotta understand, your gonna go up against Wade Wilson, who is, in this movie is Ryan Reynolds and trust ... I'm telling you, having been around Ryan multiple times that mouth cannot be stopped. He ... it's point ... I don't think he can say the jokes as fast as they are backed up in his head."

While Reynolds is at the top of his game, so is Beetz. "I think Ryan Reynolds is gonna have to work hard to keep up with Zazie," Liefeld said. "I mean, wow. You just go "That chemistry is going to be spectacular". And that's what it comes down to is the chemistry with these characters."

Fans can see the chemistry for themselves when Deadpool 2 hits theaters on June 1, 2018.
