The Walking Dead's Norman Reedus excels at a myriad of things, but one of his most enviable skills is his knack for photobombing.

The Daryl Dixon actor has built up a reputation for photobombing pictures on Instagram, and his latest victim is former Days of Our Lives star James Lastovic. Lastovic played the role of Joey Johnson on the long-running NBC soap opera, and on a recent flight he happened to run into Reedus. As he was taking his picture Reedus noticed and threw up the peace sign, and you can see the image below.

People are typically wary of who they'll run into on a flight, as you don't want the person who snores or the one who falls asleep on your shoulder despite you not actually knowing them. Looks like Lastovic lucked out and met a Walking Dead star, so it seems that's a pretty fantastic flight.

Ayyy it's Daryl. 🚶💀✈️

Lastovic's starred on Days of our Lives since 2015 but recently departed the show in a big sendoff that ended up sending the character to prison. There is an opening to come back though, so he could always return to the role. The character of Joey Johnson has actually been around since 2008, first being played as a child by Brody and Jonas. He was then played by Jadon Wells from 2012 to 2014 but then was accelerated in age when Lastovic joined the cast.

The character is part of Days of our Lives royalty, as he is the son of Steve Johnson and Kayla Brady, a legendary couple in the mythos of the show.

As for Norman Reedus, fans can see him every Sunday as The Walking Dead marches through its eighth season. As opposed to the more downtrodden season 7, Dixon, Rick, and the rest of Alexandria are taking the fight to Negan and his saviors with the help of The Kingdom and The Hilltop communities, and so far they've dealt the villain some heavy blows, even flooding the sanctuary with walkers.

Not a bad way to kick off a new season, and there will be plenty of other big moments as the season marches on.

Fans can catch The Walking Dead on AMC Sunday nights at 9 pm EST.
