Negasonic Teenage Warhead has officially graduated.

Brianna Hildebrand debuted as the character in the first Deadpool movie, hen she was Colossus's X-Men trainee. She's not a trainee anymore though.

"She's progressing, as you can see. She is not my trainee anymore," Deadpool 2 actor Stefan Kapicic, who plays Colossus, tells The Hollywood Reporter. "She definitely has approached the new level of X-Men as you can see. Even the haircut, all of the characters … the good thing is we have upgraded on so many levels."

Kapicic stops short of precisely saying that she is a member of the X-Men now, but it seems she's at the least no longer a student.

Negasonic Teenage Warhead also has a new look. Where she sported a buzz cut in the first Deadpool movie, she now has a punk rock look going on with her new costume, which movies the X-Men "X" insignia from her shoulder to her chest.

Negasonic's new look was revealed in the first Deadpool 2 trailer, which was released earlier today.

"This is one of the funniest mornings I've had in a long time," Kapicic told ComicBook.com of the trailer. "Waking up with that 'Bob Deadpool Ross' teaser trailer got me WADE awake!

"The brilliance of Ryan Reynolds and the Fox marketing that we had for the first movie continues in the same unique way, which makes all of us who are a part of the franchise so proud and hype. There is so much more brilliance that is soon to unravel. That glimpse of Deadpool 2 in there is so powerful and action-filled, people should get ready to be geeked out!"

Ryan Reynolds returns to star as Wade Wilson in the sequel to 2016's irreverent superhero hit. The film will introduce Josh Brolin as Cable, Zazie Beetz at Domino, and Jack Kesy as the film's unrevealed villain.

Deadpool 2 s directed by David Leitch and written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Filming began in Vancouver in June 2017 and wrapped in October 2017.

Deadpool 2 opens in theaters on June 1, 2018.

Other upcoming X-Men movies include The New Mutants on April 13, 2018, X-Men: Dark Phoenix on November 2, 2018, and Gambit on February 14, 2019.
