It's time to dududududuel! That right, the original Yu-Gi-Oh! series is now available in an English dubbed version around the world thanks to Crunchyroll. According to Crunchyroll's website, the dubbed version is now available in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and Ireland. Which is great news, however due to licensing rights, it is still not available in the United States yet, but it seems to only be a matter of time now.

If you are not familiar with the original series, or just haven't seen it in a long time, Crunchyroll summarizes it as the following:

"Meet Yugi and his best buds Joey, Tristan and Téa. They share a love for the newest game that's sweeping the nation: Duel Monsters! Legend has it 5000 years ago, ancient Egyptian Pharaohs used to play a magical game very similar to Duel Monsters. This ancient game involved magical ceremonies, which were used to foresee the future and ultimately decide one's destiny. They called it the Shadow Games. Since the game used so many magical spells and ferocious creatures, it wasn't long before the game got out of hand and threatened to destroy the world."

Yu-Gi-Oh! aired in Japan on TV Tokyo from 2000-2004, and was loosely adapted from he original manga. The series was picked up in Japan and shown one year after in 2001, and received international success. Following the success of the first series there have been four spin off series, and three movies.

Most recently the franchise has been working on Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS. The new show will feature a new lead named Yusaku, who is a hacker that solves crimes. The new anime will have a new form of dueling which involve virtual reality technology. Also, apparently Yusaku will get an cool transformation (like Yugi) when he gets ready to fight.
