Super Saiyan God II
There's no denying the similarity between Goku's Super Saiyan God form and this potential transformation. Their shared coloring has some fans thinking Goku will simply unlock a new power-up within his base Super Saiyan God form that's never been seen before, and its debut will prove to the Gods of Destruction that the Saiyan isn't one to mess with. After all, one tag-line for Dragon Ball Super's current arc is, "The technique of the gods is perfected here." Goku may just be the man who does that.

One of the most popular theories surrounding Goku's new transformation has to do with his Kaoi-Ken power-ups. The boost has happened to Goku and other Saiyans during moments of great emotional turmoil, but the hero never managed to completely fuse his Super Saiyan Blue form with Kaoi-Ken. Goku could very well merge his godly ki and Kaoi-Ken boost to create a brand-new power-up. And, if that is the case, the Tournament of Power better watch out.

Another popular theory surrounding Goku's new form is that it simply may be one which fans have not seen before at all. Audiences are growing tired of simple recolored Super Saiyan updates, so the fandom has whipped up the idea of the Limit Breaker transformation. Fans have been teased that something "terrible" will happen before Goku debuts his new form, so Dragon Ball Super could give the hero a limit-breaker form similar to Kale's raging berserker form.
