There have been a number of live action adaptations based on anime and manga over the years, with most of them failing miserably; Dragon Ball Evolution was a perfect example of this. However, it seems that after many JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fans doubted that their shows live–action film as well, changed their opinions after watching it.

This may possibly be one of the best live-action adaptations made yet, with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable, being rated a success by fans. After watching director Takashi Miike's version of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, fans took to Twitter to express their delight for the film, with most of them being positive.

"It was supremely great! I thought that they couldn't make a live action Jojo, but recently, I wanted to go see it, and upon seeing it, it was really enjoyable," said one fan on Twitter.

"I went to see the live-action Jojo! Unexpectedly, Jojo was done right, you're able to get pumped up, and it was a good time. For a live-action adaptation, if that's the case, then this is a success, no? It's the first time in a while that director Miike gave it his all," said another fan.

"Waaaaaan...Ryunosuke Kamiki was cute! I had always watched the anime, so it seemed abundantly interesting. The ending hints of a sequel and I want to see the next one at a sneak preview. Ahhhh, I dig Kamiki," said another eager fan.

With that said now, many JoJo fans are already demanding a sequel after the movie hinted that there will be one coming soon. This uproar for a sequel or a plethora of good reviews usually doesn't happen when an anime is recreated as a live-action production. However, this time is different, with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fans praising the recent work of Miike.
