Dragon Ball Super fans are currently in the midst of the Universal Survival arc, however; the manga for the series has just hinted what the next arc could involve. In the next arc is it possible that Goku and even Vegeta may challenge the Universe 7 God of Destruction.

The hint came from the manga, which showcased Vegeta's training with Whis where there was a small confrontation between Beerus and Vegeta. Universe 7's God of Destruction was curious to see how far Vegeta had progressed, which resulted in Beerus showing Vegeta who still is the boss. This was despite Vegeta using the full strength of his Super Saiyan Blue transformation, however; the spoiler came soon after this. The Oracle Fish later hinted that both Goku and Vegeta will soon become Beerus's rivals, which means that they both will match or even surpass Beerus at some point.

As Super Saiyan Blue was evidently not enough to beat Beerus, does this hint that Vegeta will also obtain Goku's new form? It will only make sense that Vegeta too unlocks the power up, as he also will become the rival of Beerus. However, the Oracle Fish may not have been speaking about this form, as it is possible that both Goku and Vegeta can unlock more forms as Dragon Ball Super continues.

However, after the Tournament of Power ends and Goku has achieved this new form, Vegeta will in no way sit idly as his rival has surpassed him once again. Vegeta will too likely try and surpass this new transformation, although; fans just don't know when. As Beerus was curious in Vegeta's strength before the Tournament of Power, it is likely that he will be curious about Goku's new form as well. Therefore, fans may see Goku and Beerus once again face off in the following arc, just to see how powerful Goku has really become.
