Funimation Releases 'Black Clover' English Dub

Black Clover premiered not too long ago, but Funimation is going all in on the much-awaited series. Fans are only 5 episodes into the anime, but the company has just rolled out its English dub for the shonen series.

Over on Youtube, a trailer for Black Clover's dub has been released, and fans admit they're grateful for the new audio. The trailer showcases the English voices for leads like Asta and Yuno - and fans are very happy the former isn't screaming as often as he does in the Japanese dub.

Funimation will be SimulDub the anime as its episodes premiere, so fans can except the keep up with the dub regularly. There will be a delay between Black Clover's newest episodes and the Funimation dub, but the wait will be worth it to those who cannot get into the anime's sub.

For those unfamiliar with the series, it comes from creator Yuki Tabata and was launched in issues of Shonen Jump in 2015. Popular since its debut, the series follows an orphan boy named Asta who is seemingly born without any magic power -- something unheard of in the world he lives in. Asta grows up with is friend, Yuno, a born prodigy with immense magical talent and the story follows the two as they compete to see who will become the strongest Magic Knight in Clover Kingdom, the Wizard King.
