Alita: Battle Angel Home Video Release Date Unveiled

Earlier this year, Alita: Battle Angel delivered audiences a compelling adaptation of the manga GUNNM, which took in $400 million worldwide. Directed by Robert Rodriguez, the film used cutting edge visual effects to create the futuristic world of the manga, depicting a post-apocalyptic world in which a cyborg is discovered by a scientist and brought back to life with no memory of her former self. While the film earned only 60% positive reviews from critics according to aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes, the site calculated that 94% of audiences rated the film 3.5 out of 5 or higher. The film lands on Digital HD on July 9th before landing on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on July 23rd.
