Comic Collector Live Offering Variant Cover Of The Lone Ranger

Comic Collector Live Joe ButlerAt the recent October Comic & Horror Festival in Nashville, Tennessee, Comicbook.com staff met Comic Collector Live creator Joe Butler.  Comic Collector Live is free software that helps comic book collectors organize their collections.  The software also serves to connect comic book buyers and sellers.

Joe Butler, who is President and CEO of MidTen Media Inc., is a longtime comic book collector and considers Comic Collector Live to be a labor of love.  Comic Collector Live has also proven to be a hit with comic book fans with around fifty thousand registered members and eight hundred thousand comic items wanted by users.

The big recent news about Comic Collector Live is that they are offering a special variant edition of Lone Ranger #10 from Dynamite Entertainment.  The cover is by Eisner Award-Winning artist John Cassaday.  There will be a black and white cover variant limited to 250 copies and a full cover cover variant limited to 2,250 copies.  Fans can pre-order the limited editions on the Comic Collector Live website.
