On the “This Place is Death” episode of Lost, John Locke decides to take it upon himself to put an end to the time shifts occurring on the island. As shown on last week’s “The Little Prince” episode of Lost, several of the castaways are suffering from nosebleeds, and the time shifts often lead to dangerous outcomes.
Previews of the “This Place Is Death” episode showed Locke descending by rope into a huge hole in the ground. At some point, it looked like Locke slipped, and Sawyer was shown yelling for him to hold on.
Back on the mainland, Ben Linus is running into a challenge with his attempt to bring together the Oceanic 6 and take them back to the island. Perhaps, the challenge is Sun, who was seen heading toward Ben and company with a gun at the end of the last episode. Previews of the “This Place Is Death” episode show Ben revealing to Sun last week’s Lost shocker that Jin is still alive.
Guest stars from this episode include Rebecca Mader as Charlotte Lewis, John Terry as Christian Shephard, Fionnula Flanagan as Eloise Hawking, William Blanchett as Aaron, June Kyoko Lu as Mrs. Paik, Melissa Farman as young Frenchwoman, Guillaume Dabinpons as Frenchman #1, Marc Menard as Frenchman #2, Bruno Bruni as Frenchman #3 and Jaymie Kim as Ji Yeon.
The “This Place is Death” episode was directed by Paul Edwards and was written by Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz. The “This Place is Death” episode of Lost airs on Wednesday, February 11 from 9:00 PM to 10:02 PM ET on ABC.
