X-Treme X-Men To Feature Dazzler

Earlier this week Marvel Comics had teased the return of the X-Treme X-Men title. Little information was initially provided other than a logo and a July 2012 date. Today at WonderCon Marvel Comics officially announced that X-Treme X-Men would relaunch as a new ongoing series in July. The announcement took place during Marvel's Talk To The Hat panel. The X-Treme X-Men series will be written by Greg Pak with art by Stephen Segovia. The new X-Treme X-Men title will feature a different team than appeared in the original title The X-Treme X-Men will build off Pak's work on Astonishing X-Men, which introduced alternate universe versions of some familiar Marvel characters. James Howlett, Kid Nightcrawler, and Emmeline Frost will be part of the X-Treme X-Men, but the central figure of the team will be Dazzler.
