Fans wanting to be sure they can get into crowded midnight screenings of The Dark Knight Rises next month can begin preordering their tickets next Monday, June 20th, according to a tweet from Warner Brothers Studios earlier today.
This, along with the previously-announced Dark Knight Marathon at AMC Theaters, set the stage for Warner’s massive midnight movie event for the third and final film in director Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy.
Last night, new footage from the film was screened at the MTV Movie Awards, along with a new TV spot, all of which seem to add up to the beginning of the studio’s expected massive PR push for the film’s release.
