The following article contains minor spoilers for Christopher Nolan's upcoming film The Dark Knight Rises. Read on at your own risk. A new report at Comic Book Movie (credited to a Facebook post that no longer exists) reveals a number of photos scanned from the upcoming book The Dark Knight Rises: The Secret Files Scrapbook, as well as some plot points revealed in the film. Among them? According to the report, Ra's al Ghul absolutely did not survive his apparent death at the end of Batman Begins and Liam Neeson's reported appearance in The Dark Knight Rises will be as part of a flashback and not, as some have speculated, the result of a return by the cult leader. This may, of course, lend some credence to the idea that the group Bane is leading against Gotham is actually a rejuvenated or modified version of Ra's al Ghul's League of Shadows, and that they may be trying simply to finish the job Ra's began in the first film. The description the book gives John Blake and Miranda Tate doesn't seem to suggest anything unusual about these characters, describing them just as early call sheets for the characters did--although the description of the rebuilt Batcave seems to support some of the speculation that's been floating around the Internet recently:

"Completely rebuilt after the fire, the new Batcave headquarters is the nerve center of Batman's operation. Here, he can monitor criminal activity in real time. The cave is concealed by massive stone cubes that mask the presence of any activity within. Bridges and ramps have also been built inside the cave to allow Batman's vehicles' entry as well as to help transport computer equiptment safely in and out."

The Dark Knight Rises will be in theaters on July 20.
