The massive financial success of Marvel’s The Avengers gave the film a pretty long life in theaters, with a number of fans and comic creators reporting that it was just a couple of weeks ago that they went to see it for the last time before it left.
Well, now they’ve got one more chance. With a home video release date looming in just three weeks, The Avengers is headed back to theaters for a limited engagement for Labor Day’s long weekend.
Starting Friday, you can see The Avengers at theaters nationwide again for a one-week engagement, and then it’s gone forever…
…unless the extended cut gets a release, too.
