When the Iron Man 3 trailer was first released, Comicbook.com predicted that it was one of those epic trailers that would inspire parody videos, just like happened with The Dark Knight Rises trailer. And now, we have one of the first Iron Man 3 trailer parody videos to share with you, and it’s a good one.
The Literal Iron Man 3 trailer was posted to YouTube by Toby Turner (Tobuscus). In only a day, the video has already racked up over four hundred thousand views on YouTube, and it seems to be on its way to crossing the half million views mark soon.
The parody video as one might expect from the title takes the Iron Man 3 trailer literally. The best thing though is that the video tells its literal interpretation through song. Our favorite line occurs as Tony Stark’s Malibu mansion falls into the ocean, “Does insurance cover a missile induces earthquake?” Iron Man 3 is scheduled to be released in theaters on May 3, 2013.
