Robert Pattinson Interested In Playing Jar Jar Binks In Star Wars

With Disney's  announcement that Star Wars Episode 7 will be released in 2015, everyone from writers to directors to actors and actresses are letting reporters know where they stand on Star Wars. Some are interested in playing a role in the franchise, while others have expressed having no interest. One of the early Star Wars rumors (or fears) of the gossip blogs was that Disney might cast Twilight's Robert Pattinson in the role of Luke Skywalker. Well, it turns out that Robert Pattinson is indeed interested in playing a role in Star Wars, but it looks like he has his eyes set on a different role than Luke Skywalker. In an interview with the Washington Post, Robert Pattionson was asked if he was approached for Star Wars if he would have an interest. Pattinson replied, "In 'Star Wars'? Oh, absolutely. In a heartbeat."  As a follow-up question, Pattinson was asked what about playing Jar Jar Binks. Pattinson replied, "I actually kind of like Jar-Jar. I don't understand what the big deal is about Jar-Jar." So there you have it, Robert Pattinson as Jar Jar Binks and Russell Brand as a Jedi in Star Wars Episode 7. What do you think?
