With a lot of our favorite shows still on hiatus, it's good to see that The Big Bang Theory is returning tonight with a brand new episode. The new episode is called "The Egg Salad Equivalency." According to the CBS description for "The Egg Salad Equivalency," Sheldon gets accused of sexual harassment at the University and winds up getting Leonard, Raj and Wolowitz in trouble. Judging from the sneak previews, it also appears as if Penny gets some competition for Leonard's affection, as Leonard reveals that Sheldon's assistant Alex hit on him. "The Egg Salad Equivalency" episode of The Big Bang Theory airs on Thursday, January 3, 2013 starting at 8 PM ET on CBS.
