Stan Lee: Wolverine Sequel Planned

While James Mangold's The Wolverine isn't even in theaters yet and it's unclear whether Hugh Jackman will re-sign to play the role of the title character after his contract expires with X-Men: Days of Future Past, comics legend Stan Lee claims that Marvel Studios is already considering the future of the franchise. "Sequel after sequel," Lee told Fox 2 Detroit when asked what fans could expect (see embed below). "Marvel is already working on the next iterations of Iron Man and The Avengers, as well as Wolverine." While it's been established that they're developing Iron Man 4 and The Avengers 2, the fact that Fox and Marvel are developing the next Wolverine is news.
