Travis Love Tony Masters

Travis Love will reportedly play Tony Masters on Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Travis Love appeared in ten episodes of Season 3 of The Walking Dead as Bowman. Spoiler warning: He was one of the two members of the Governor's army that the Governor did not gun down after the attack on the prison. His last appearance on The Walking Dead showed him leaving in a truck with the Governor, so presumable he is set to return for Season 4. As spotted by ShieldTV.net, Travis Love is listed on IMDB as playing Tony Masters in the Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. pilot episode. It's unknown if he will appear in more than one episode, as only the cast for the pilot episode is listed currently. It's also unconfirmed if IMDB is correct, because sometimes information is listed on IMDB in error. In Marvel Comics, Tony Masters was a S.H.I.EL.D. agent who had an ability known as "photographic reflexes," which means he could watch another person's physical movements and duplicate them without any practice. Tony Masters also goes by the supervillain alias Taskmaster. While the information is unconfirmed, it does certainly sound like a character that would fit well into what Joss Whedon has described as being the universe for the show. Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. is set to premiere on ABC in the fall. Update: As we warned in the original report, it looks like this info that was making the rounds was false. It's a shame because we bet Love would have made a good Taskmaster.
