Thunderbolts San Diego Comic Con set

Marvel Comics, Star Wars and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic are among the toys and action figures being offered as San Diego Comic Con exclusives by Hasbro this year, USA Today reports. "We've seen how Comic-Con has grown over the years," said Derryl DePriest, Hasbro's vice president for boys global brand marketing for the company, "and Hasbro has been an essential part of that growth with just the presence we have there and a devoted fan base that every year has made the exclusives we produce the center of their experience. We know we have to produce something that's big enough to meet their passion." That "something big enough" includes a Thunderbolts box set for Marvel, a DJ Pon-3 figurine from the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic line and a special "Black Series" Boba Fett (with Han Solo in carbonite) from Star Wars. The My Little Pony figure is $49.99, while a "glitter and gold" edition of a Jem doll is $140. The Marvel box set, featuring a number of never-before-made character figures, is $89.99. You can check out a gallery of the figures below (excepting Star Wars, which was not made available to the paper). [gallery ids="52385,52392,52387,52386,52384,52383"]
