Iron Man 3 Blu-Ray Includes Thor Deleted Scene

Before Iron Man 3 was released in movie theaters, Marvel Studios President of Production Kevin Feige made a big deal about how it was a standalone film and there wouldn't be any other Avengers popping up. Of course, another Avenger did sort of pop-up, as Mark Ruffalo appeared as Dr. Bruce Banner in an after the credits scene. However, there weren't any other Avengers in the actual movie. But was that always the plan? According to the extras for the Iron Man 3 Blu-ray (via Stitch Kingdom), there appears to have been a deleted scene that referenced Thor. The scene is called "Hey is that Thor?" on the Blu-ray, and it is listed as running just under forty seconds. So was it a brief cameo by Chris Hemsworth as Thor that got cut? Or was it a joke made by Robert Downey Jr.'s character Tony Stark upon seeing someone who looked or acted like Thor?
