Jamal Igle and Khoi Pham Headline Upstate New York's Hero Bot Con

Heroes Comic Shop and Page One Entertainment formally announced this weekend that the third annual Hero Bot Con will be hosted in partnership with the Wings of Eagles Discovery Center in Horseheads, New York. The largest pop culture and comic convention in the Twin Tiers will take place on Saturday, September 21st, from 11 am to 6pm. This year's guest of honor is Khoi Pham, most recently the artist on Marvel Comics' Scarlet Spider series and Image Comics' Cyber Force. Other guests will include Firestorm and Molly Danger artist Jamal Igle and the creative team behind Image Comics's Secret, Ryan Bodenheim and Michael Garland. All told, the show will play host to more than 40 artists and writers, and over a dozen vendors. There will be panels and autographs from the participating writers and artists are free of charge to all attendees of the event. General admission tickets to the convention are $7. Children 12 and younger will be free with a paid adult. VIP packages are also available. The VIP package includes early event admission, exclusive art prints, and more.
