X-Files Creator Chris Carter's New Pilot Gets Leverage, Heroes Stars

Deadline reports that The After, the Amazon Studios pilot that marks The X-Files creator Chris Carter's return to series television for the first time in over a decade, has recruited Harold & Kumar's Jamie Kennedy, along with former Heroes star Adrian Pasdar and former Leverage star Aldis Hodge. Since the end of Leverage, Hodge also starred in a pilot based on the Oni Press comic book series The Sixth Gun, which didn't make it to series last year on NBC. The After takes place at the moment of apocalypse. Kennedy will play a professional clown, Pasdar will play a successful Beverly Hills businessman, and Hodge will play an escaped convict who proclaims to be an innocent man who was railroaded.
