The actor has played Wolverine in seven different movies: X-Men, X2, X-Men: The Last Stand, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, X-Men: First Class, The Wolverine, and the yet-to-be-released X-Men: Days Of Future Past. Hugh Jackman was born on October 12, 1968 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. In the X-Men movies, Hugh Jackman is playing a character who ages very slowly, which is a trait that the actor himself appears to share. At 45 years old, Jackman appears to be in the best shape of his career. Even though Jackman has been playing Wolverine for over a dozen years now, his last contracted Wolverine film was X-Men: Days Of Future Past, and it's unknown if he will sign on for future Wolverine roles.
