There have been numerous memorable songs on The Walking Dead. The "Indifference" episode of The Walking Dead ended with a song that was also featured on The Walking Dead Season 4 Comic Con trailer. The song is "Serpents" by Sharon Van Etten. The lyrics of the song go: "It was a close call. Sitting in the back of the room with the boy... get on. But they didn't know. Closing on my back, I feel safe at times. Certain emblems tell me it's time. Serpents in my mind, looking for your cries. Everything changes. I don't want life to this time." However, the lyrics sounded a little different to us on the actual show. Here's what we heard:  "It was a close call. Sitting in the back of the room with a bowl I had thrown at you. And you didn't know. Looking at my black eye, I feel safe at times. Certain emblems tell me it's time. Serpents in my mind, looking for your crimes. Everything changes. I don't want life. Everything changes." We've embedded a version of the song from YouTube below.
