Jeff Goldblum Will Be Part Of Independence Day 2, Not Part Of Jurassic World

In an interview with The Huffington Post, Jeff Goldblum stated that he would not be a part of Jurassic World. In fact, the actor said that he has not been contacted at all, nor was he ever contacted for Jurassic Park III. Goldblum did say that he would be a part of Independence Day 2. "Yeah, they've talked to me about it and I've talked to them about it and they're excited and I'm anxious and eager to see -- I haven't read anything -- what they cook up. You know, I think they're trying to put it together." Goldblum played Dr. Ian Malcolm in Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park: The Lost World, but was left out of Jurassic Park III. He played David Levinson in Independence Day, and will apparently reprise the role in Independence Day 2.
