A new promotional video for Free Comic Book Day has been released online, featuring Jay Mewes. Mewes reminds fans that they can go to their local comic book store on the first Saturday in May to get some free comics, and maybe even run into their favorite comic book character or creator. This year, Free Comic Book Day is taking place on Saturday May 3rd. There are 60 free comics that are available to choose from for fans of all ages, including "Guardians of the Galaxy," "Spongebob," "DC's The New 52: Futures End," "Teen Titans Go," "Transformers vs. GI Joe," "Power Rangers," "Hello Kitty" and more. Fans can go to FreeComicBookDay.com to for more information and to find a participating comic shop near them. Mewes mentions Bluntman and Chronic in the video, the superhero stars of his new film "Jay and Silent Bob's Super Groovey Cartoon Movie." We got to interview Mewes about the project recently, and you can check that out here. Remember, Free Comic Book Day is the first Satruday in May. This year, that's May 3!
