Original Sin - Who Returns From Beyond?

Marvel Comics has released a third teaser for the upcoming crossover event comic, Original Sin. Done in the same style as the first and second teasers, this teaser asks the question "Who returns from beyond?" At first glance, this would seem to imply a currently dead character returning from the "great beyond," back into the land of the living. That may end up being the case, or there may be hinting at something more specific. The Marvel Universe has been visited by beings of incredible power from another reality called the Beyonders, thought to be responsible for the creation of the Cosmic Cube. Could they be making an appearance in Original Sin? Or maybe it refers to The Beyonder, the godlike being from the mainstream Marvel Universe who was responsible for the events of the classic Marvel Comics crossovers Secret Wars and Secret Wars II. He is believed to have gained his incredible power due to being both an Inhuman and a mutant. With the Inhumans being pushed into the spotlight recently in the aftermath of Infinity and further in the new series, Inhuman (which happens to see its debut issue hit stands today), could it be time for The Beyonder to make his return? In Original Sin, Uatu the Watcher is murdered. The killer takes the Watcher's eye, which has gazed upon the Earth for eons. The eye has seen the secrets that the Marvel Universe has tried to keep hidden, and now those secrets are coming out. It's up to the heroes of the Marvel Universe to answer the question, "Who killed the Watcher? Original Sin is written by Jason Aaron with art from Mike Deodato, Jr. Original Sin #1 ships in May.
