X-Men: Days Of Future Past Character Posters Feature Magneto, Mystique, And Wolverine

Twentieth Century Fox has released two new character posters for X-Men: Days of Future Past (via Empire). The first features the Magnetos of two different eras: Sir Ian McKellen – Magneto from the original X-Men Trilogy and in the future of Days of Future Past – in the foreground, with a younger Magneto – Michael Fassbender from X-Men: First Class – behind him. The second features Hugh Jackman as Wolverine in the foreground, with Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique in the background. Hopefully that isn't meant to imply that Mystique grows up to be Wolverine, although that would be quite a twist. In X-Men: Days of Future Past, the X-Men send Wolverine to the past in a desperate effort to change history and prevent an event that results in doom for both humans and mutants. X-Men: Days of Future Past comes to theaters May 23, 2014.
