Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Finale Description Released

Marvel have released the official synopsis for the upcoming season finale of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., titled "Beginning of the End." That's a callback, of course, to "The End of the Beginning," the April 1 episode that led into Captain America: The Winter Soldier, which really kicked off the espionage-fueled, game-changing third act of the show's season. Very little solid information is given here, although it's probably worth mentioning that it's referred to as a "season" finale and not a series finale, suggesting that, at least as far as they want us to know, the plan is still to get a second season even though ABC hasn't officially made the announcement yet.
