Guardians Of Galaxy Behind-The-Scenes Photo, New Trailer Soon

While Spider-Man, the X-Men, and Godzilla might be slugging it out in May, Guardians of the Galaxy looks to close the summer out in style in the less competitive month of August. Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn released a new behind-the-scenes photo from the film earlier today via social media. The behind-the-scenes photo features James Gunn himself, and it also appears in the latest issue of Geek Magazine, which is on newsstands now. Of course, the biggest question on a lot of fans' minds is when another trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy will be released. It's a question that director James Gunn seems to get asked at least a hundred times a day on social media. In response to a recent tweet asking the question, Gunn responded, "Not too long." With Godzilla set to open on May 16 and X-Men: Days of Future Past set to open on May 23, both of those films seem like they would be good candidates to have the second Guardians of the Galaxy trailer attached to them. Guardians of the Galaxy is set to be released in movie theaters on August 1, 2014.
