The Amazing Spider-Man 2 has brought in $460.8 million at the worldwide box office, trailing only Captain America: The Winter Soldier, which has accumulated $683.6 million at the worldwide box office. The Lego Movie is in third place at the worldwide box office with $457.6 million. Since The Lego Movie includes Batman and a couple other superheroes, the top three movies at the worldwide box office currently feature superheroes in some form or fashion. X-Men: Days of Future Past will also likely have a strong international debut, so it's probable that by mid-June, the top four movies at the worldwide box office will all include superheroes.
