The Wolverine Gets The CinemaSins Treatment

With the release of X-Men: Days of Future Past just days away, CinemaSins have turned their attention to the film's most recent predecessor, The Wolverine. In eleven minutes, CinemaSIns finds 109 sins committed by The Wolverine, sentencing it to "A Liquid Adamantium Bath." Most of the sins are pretty typical action movie clichés, but some are seriously contrived maneuvers by the film's writers to add tension or action at the expense of logic. Directed by James Mangold, The Wolverine received mixed reviews from citics, but was generally considered to be a huge step up from Logan's first solo cinematic outing, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and did well enough at the box office that a sequel is being planned.
