Doctor Who Series 8 Trailer Released

The BBC has released a new teaser trailer for the eighth series of Doctor Who. The trailer shows a shadowy glimpse of the new Doctor standing at the helm of the TARDIS. The trailer also confirms that the new series will begin in August. The new series will see Peter Capaldi stepping into the role of the Twelfth Doctor, replacing Matt Smith. He will joined by companion Clara Oswald, played by Jenna Coleman. The season will also introduce a new male companion named Danny Pink, played by Samuel Anderson. Steven Moffat returns for his fourth series as Doctor Who's showrunner.
