Following a blockbuster opening weekend that saw the film raise more than $300 million globally in four days, Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past is already available for pre-order on DVD and Blu-ray. Amazon has posted some previews of the release, which will be available in multiple versions including a special collectors' set including Magneto's helmet (seen above). In the U.K., there's a further box set that's shaped like Charles Xavier's Cerebro helmet and features all seven of the X-Men movies. No release date is set for this film yet on Blu-ray, and the specifics may be tied to how long it remains in theaters. Last year, though, The Wolverine was released on December 3 after a July 26 release in theaters. It's likely that the timetable will be fairly similar for this release, meaning that Days of Future Past will be released to the home entertainment market between late September and early November. X-Men: Days of Future Past brings director Bryan Singer, who made X-Men and X2: X-Men United to the screen, with members of his original cast including Sir Patrick Stewart, Sir Ian McKellen and Hugh Jackman. Jackman's Wolverine travels back in time to team with the cast of X-Men: First Class, led by James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence.
