Karen Gillan Joins In A Valley Of Violence

and Guardians of the Galaxy actress Karen Gillan has joined Ti West's In a Valley of Violence, where she'll star opposite Ethan Hawke and John Travolta, Deadline reports. The film, described as a revenge Western, is ramping up ahead of a late-June shoot. Gillan is the second repeat Blumhouse actor to join the Valley cast, as Hawke starred inSinister and The Purge for the production house. Gillan will play Ellen, the older sister to Taissa Farmiga's character. Together they run a hotel in the town where Hawke's drifter seeks vengeance for the death of his best friend.
