When fans got their first look at Quicksilver from X-Men: Days of Future Past, they were not pleased. Fans hated director Bryan Singer's take on the costume, and Quicksilver quickly became one of the most derided comic book characters in the history of comic book movies. Then, a funny thing happened. 20th Century Fox actually released the movie, and Quicksilver quickly became one of the most beloved comic book characters in the history of comic book movies. Evan Peters was brilliant as Quicksilver, and Quicksilver's segments were some of the most entertaining and exciting parts of the movie. Now, Twentieth Century Fox has released online one of two major segments involving Quicksilver in the film. The clip embedded below shows Wolverine, Hank McCoy, and Charles Xavier paying a visit to a young Peter Maximoff to pitch to him the idea of breaking into the Pentagon.
