Marvel Comics announced yesterday that, with Comic Con International: San Diego happening just a week before the theatrical release of Guardians of the Galaxy, Gentle Giant Ltd. will roll out a Comic-Con-exclusive Rocket Raccoon mini-bust (seen above).
