Arrow: Roy Harper Is Back in the Hoodie In Season Three Promo Shot

Arrow has released a new photo (at least we think it's new -- with no background to speak of, it's difficult to be certain) of Colton Haynes, who plays Roy "Arsenal" Harper on the series, back in his red-hoodie wardrobe.

Tagged with a #MCM -- "man crush Monday" -- hashtag, it seems to be just his Season Three character portrait.

Still, it's worth a look that he's still got the outfit that he was last seen assaulting police officers in. Presumably he won't wear it a ton without a mask on...
